Lou Holtz sure knows what he is talking about! Everyone has the ability to eat right and to exercise on a regular basis to become healthy, but not everyone has the motivation nor the attitude to put in their best effort. Without the latter two, nothing will happen. You need to find your motivation and set a goal and then form a positive attitude because you know it’s the best thing you can do for you and your family. You must empower yourself to become your best self! I know I’ve said this multiple times (practically every week) but that’s because it’s true: only you can change you! If you don’t want to change yourself, nothing will change. And if you truly want to change, and you won’t take “no” for an answer, then you should have plenty of motivation. Now all you need to do is go find your positive attitude – no making excuses. Think positively and nothing can stand in your way.

The reason I’ve decided to do this is because things have gotten a little busier for me lately, and I believe it would be the best use of my time, as well as yours, to spend my extra time writing more in-depth posts – ones that teach and offer guidance about fitness and nutrition. Seems like during the last few weeks (maybe even months) I’ve been sticking with the simple motivation posts, workouts, and recipes while neglecting the deeper, more insightful articles because they take up more time. I want to change that! You will still see these posts, just more sporadically.
